Golden Grove is an underground base and precious metals mining operation located in Western Australia’s Mid West, approximately 350km north-east of Perth and 260km east of Geraldton. Golden Grove offers a fly-in/fly-out roster commuting from these two cities, with company charter flights of approximately 45-60 minutes.
Shifts are 12 hours in duration and rosters are generally 8-days-on/6-days-off, or variations of this.

Accommodation is provided in a comfortable modern village. Accommodation units are air-conditioned self-contained rooms with ensuite bathrooms and televisions with movie and sports channels in addition to free-to-air channels. Rooms are serviced weekly.
Meals and beverages are provided in the dry mess (dining hall) and wet mess (bar). The wet mess also hosts TVs and pool tables.
Village facilities include BBQ facilities, swimming pool, fully equipped gym, Foxtel, beach volleyball, outdoor cricket pitch and tennis court. Free wireless internet access is also available in the village.
In addition to these facilities, Golden Grove offers many wellness and wellbeing programs including fun activities and challenges.
New employees are offered free membership to Golden Grove’s active social club. The club holds regular events on site and in Perth and Geraldton. Past social club events have included trivia nights, movie nights, bingo, bands, raffles and comedy shows.
Golden Grove is an open site enabling both contractors and employees with approval to bring their families to site for a visit.
