If I wish to express interest in working for MMG, but cannot see a relevant job vacancy. What do I do?
You are welcome to lodge an 'Expression of Interest' application at any time:
- Click on Job Search.
- You will not need to select any fields, just click on 'Search'.
- All MMG vacancies will be displayed; find the 'MMG Expression of Interest' job and click on the job name.
- The job details will be displayed, click on 'Apply' and follow the prompts.
- You will need to complete all mandatory fields in the application form and click on 'Submit application', for your application to correctly submit.
Why should I register for job alerts?
Registering for job alerts allows you to receive emails detailing desired open vacancies. This means you can still be aware of any relevant vacancies even when not actively searching through vacancy listings.
How do I set up a Job Alert?
How do I unsubscribe from receiving Job Alerts?
- Proceed to the Careers Home page.
- In the menu on the left-hand side, select Job Search.
- Click on Job Alert.
- Click on 'unsubscribe from job alert'.
- Enter your email address and select 'unsubscribe'.
I received a job alert listing that matched what I am looking for. What do I do next?
To apply online, click on the job title in the job alert email that you have received. This will take you to a detailed description of the job on the MMG Careers website:
- Review the details of the job.
- If you wish to apply for the job, select 'Apply' and follow the prompts.
- You will need to complete all mandatory fields in the application form and click on 'Submit application', for your application to correctly submit.
- You will receive a confirmation via email confirming MMG's receipt of your application.
I wish to view my previously submitted application. How do I do this?
- Login via the Existing Applicant Login.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Underneath the 'Submitted applications' heading, click on 'View application' beside the applicable job.
- If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link and follow the prompts. You will receive an email with your password.
I have been notified that I have an incomplete application. How do I complete it?
- Login via the Existing Applicant Login.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Underneath the 'Incomplete applications' heading, click on 'Complete application' beside the applicable job and follow the prompts.
- If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link and follow the prompts. You will receive an email with your password.
I wish to withdraw my application. How do I do this?
- Login via the Existing Applicant Login.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Underneath the 'Submitted applications' heading, click on 'Withdraw' beside the applicable job and follow the prompts.
- If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link and follow the prompts. You will receive an email with your password.
How do I update my personal profile or resume?
- Login via the Existing Applicant Login.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Underneath the 'Other facilities' heading, select the option to 'Update Profile' or 'Update Resume' and follow the prompts.
- If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link and follow the prompts. You will receive an email with your password.
How do I change my password?
- Login via the Existing Applicant Login.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Underneath the 'Other facilities' heading, select the option to 'Change Password' and follow the prompts.

I forgot my password. How do I obtain it?
I no longer wish to remain on the MMG database. How do I remove my details?
- Login via the Existing Applicant Login.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Underneath the 'Other facilities' heading, select the option to 'Remove Account' and follow the prompts.
- If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link and follow the prompts. You will receive an email with your password.
If I'm unsuccessful in a position, can I apply for other positions?
All applications for roles are stored in our candidate database for review by our Careers team. Although you may have been unsuccessful, we may continue to consider you for vacant positions.
It is always helpful to ensure we have the most up to date information when considering your application, so please periodically update your details (login in via the Existing Applicant Login link).
You are also more than welcome to proactively apply for any vacant roles advertised on our website or in other media at any time.
