Why this is a focus area

We recognise that inclusion is not a stand alone initiative—it is built through everyday leadership, fair systems, and the way teams collaborate, communicate and listen to one another. When people feel they belong, they bring forward ideas, challenge assumptions and work more effectively together.
Capability references our investment in learning pathways, leadership development and practical training that supports safe, confident work and long-term careers. This includes strengthening the employee experience through clearer development opportunities and consistent expectations across our global operations, while still reflecting local context.
