Rosebery has been the kind of vacation program where you are not just watching, you are underground, taking on responsibilities and contributing to meaningful work. The mine is extremely fast paced, so you’re quickly learning every day, which has made it a genuinely great experience. On top of that, getting to live in Tasmania has been an unreal bonus.
"
Being a Graduate Mining Engineer at Rosebery has been incredibly valuable, providing me with hands-on underground experience as well as exposure to the Mine Technical Services department. This breadth of experience has supported my development as an engineer and strengthened my technical knowledge, setting a strong benchmark early in my career.
