When seeking a career pathway with MMG, you can expect the application process to be transparent, fair, and straightforward:

Step 1: Online application
When you see a role with MMG that you’d like to apply for, you can submit your application through our Career page or on any job website where the position is advertised.

Step 2: Online assessment
Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming our receipt of your submission. This email indicates that your application has begun moving through our review process as we evaluate your application and suitability for the role.

Step 3: Interview/engagement session
Next, you may be invited to attend an interview or an engagement session, or we may schedule a phone call with our recruitment team. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about you, and for you to gain insight into the role, the benefits applicable to the position you’re applying for, and what it’s like to work at MMG.

Final Steps: Pre-employment checks and offer
At this stage, you may be invited to attend a second interview, or we may move directly to conducting pre-employment checks. These checks can include reference verification, medical clearance, and background checks.
Once the checks are successfully completed, our recruitment team will contact you with a formal offer. Upon your acceptance, you will then be guided through our onboarding process.
Our selection process takes into account many factors, so not being successful today certainly doesn’t mean “never.” We view every application as an opportunity for growth.
