Graduate Program: A two-year development pathway designed to strengthen technical capacity of newly graduated university students and build future leadership pipelines.

High School Visits: Educational visits enabling secondary school students to understand mining operations and career possibilities in both rural and urban contexts , with a focus on female participation.
