MMG Limited (MMG) is pleased to announce a $100,000 contribution to our global partner UNICEF to support its relief and recovery efforts in the communities affected by the devastating bushfires.
The support comprises $50,000 in direct contribution, with MMG also matching employee contributions up to the value of $25,000, bringing the total contribution to $100,000.
“My thoughts, and those of the entire MMG team are with the families, communities and regions affected by these events, as well as the first responders fighting the fires, protecting homes and infrastructure, and saving local wildlife,” said CEO Geoffrey Gao.
MMG’s contribution will support UNICEF Australia’s work with regional partners to ensure affected children receive support to help them return to school and other regular activities, build resilience and enable them to fully participate in the recovery of their families and communities.
